How do you turn off the location and file sharing on the Amazon App Store?

I wanted to try the Amazon App. It said that I could change the security/site permission (location & file sharing) after I accept the agreement. When I went to turn off the sharing, it wouldn't let me. It's not even allowing me to uninstall the app. Anyone have this problem?

I do not think you can disable them. I looked for that too. You can deactivate having it run in the background which is what I did but I think everything with Amazon remains the way it is. I could be incorrect, but this is what I found, when looking for that as well
