I see your point, but sometimes getting the game to work becomes a game itself. I can understand that part.

This is like me sweating in this weather trying to squeeze all this stuff into a sports car when I have a perfectly good large sedan parked next to it. My wife can't understand these things, but I can.

Whenever I click on "Rebuild" in Lucky Patcher, nothing happens. Funny thing is, it works with any other APKs. Any ideas?

But am im right that we can�t change anything with this disconnecting? Try to research the options in the google settings and the whitelist, but found nothing

I simply followed the video someone posted earlier. As I mentioned, it works for all other apps on my phone, so why not this one?

In any case, how do I remove the Android 4.4 dependencies using Cobalt's Patcher?

GP540 - if you can't see anything on the map, restart your phone and launch pokemon as the first app and voila, everything should be in its place now.
Beside that, hasn't anyone patched the new version?

Patched version from Cobalt's thread works.
I am able to run game, login to my account using Google ID (not able to login my Pokemon trainer ID, but don't know why).
But there are horrible graphics glitches on my Classic. In very short time, map is completely unusable (looks like random generated pixels all over screen)

Very essential! Im 33 and a huge Pokemon fan, Im a die hard BB fan as-well but I to am going to have to move to either IOS or Android for PKM-GO sad I know but its for to be done

Had the same problem for games not being available. I bought an android tablet, placed back my Sim from my Priv to my Passport and voila! Got 30h of hot-spot all day... my tablet dies from pokemon before my passport dies from hotspotting

It took the 2G sunset to give up my Nokia N900. Definitely not giving up the Passport, until they retire or repurpose the 4G spectrum some time way in the future.

But the N900 supports 3G bands 900 / 1700 / 2100 so no real reason to switch but wrong carrier .

So I downloaded the patched .apk on page 270. Installed fine, but I'm getting "GPS signal not found" and then when I try to put in my Google ID, it automatically closes the program.\

Have I missed something?

That's what it looks like for me on my Classic with 0.29.0. It's pretty much impossible to play with glitches that layer on top of everything when I move and when there's pop-ups.



I couldn't patch 0.29.2 for some reason. The Cobalt Patcher told me there was nothing to patch and when I tried to install it, it said "unable to install".

New version of pokemon is already patched. Page 270 in cobalts landing page. However for me no change, still doesn't showing nearby pokemons etc.

Always got my handy Nexus 5 for entertainment only and my classic for daily use while u guys crying complaining stressing over a game that is not meant for blackberry lol

I have it running on the Z30 after a bit of work. The biggest issue is after about 5 minutes it doesn't detect Pokemon anymore until I restart the phone and pop this app open first. So five minutes of play time plus eight minutes of restart of phone plus app. It's kind of a bummer really. I assume it would be a far cry to hope Blackberry would upgrade to 4.4 runtime?

Either way, it is functional, but it's not a smooth ride.

I know... it's AT&T in my area (SF Bay). The N900 got 3G while traveling internationally, so I know it works. One of the toughest phones ever, and great-quality close-up pictures. The up-to-date guys are ditching the Passport for games while I'm just hopping on board with the Passport and receiving MMS for the first time in a few years lol.
