Hi, I've installed a few apps onto my Z10 through the Amazon App Store. I installed Yelp. But, when I open up the Yelp app I get a message saying I need Google Play Services to run Yelp. So, I want to delete Yelp. When I tried deleting Yelp through the Amazon App Store the App Store crashed. Now when I try to open the Amazon App store it crashes every time I try to open the Amazon app store. So, two questions how do I delete the Yelp app off my BlackBerry Z10 and how do I correct the fact the Amazon app store crashes every time I try to use it?

Hello and welcome.
You should be able to tap and hold Yelp and when it shakes, there should be a trash can. If this doesn't work for you, download and install a free app from BBW called Ghost Commander. It will help you manage the android apps on your phone. And I would delete amazon app store as well and reinstall if it is crashing when you try to open it.

Just use device monitor to delete when you need to. It does a better job than the little x.
