Just trying to get Google Play Store on the changeover Passport.....I had it on my old one.......via Cobalt.
My error it seems has been trying to get the apk files randomly and ending up with modern ones that won't let the GPS open.
I have now downloaded Cobalt's files but when I try to install, I get the message that I have newer files and to delete them first.
I have deleted the icons on my homepage but that hasn't solved the issue.
Where do I go to find the old files and delete?

I have gone to the apps store for the Runtime Update but it just sits there "initializing...................."

The phone is using BB10 OS 2.2836 version 2876

You are supposed to reboot after install, not open.

I didn't see install like other downloads with a moving bar...........it went straight to the open option.............. Naturally I hit open. I have subsequently rebooted several times to no avail.
