Hi and welcome to CrackBery!
From what I understand you set up the proxy on another machine that you have or you can use an old bb phone or an android phone.
Go to barinstaller.com I think it is and follow the instructions there.
Or you can become a premium member and bypass a proxy. but that costs 2.99. a month.
