Hi. I have a Z10 STL100-3 with 10.2 update. Before I updated from 10.1 I sideloaded Instagram 3.4.4 which worked perfectly. Since the update I have not been able to get the app to work. I tried every method I've seen including installing 3.4 first then 4.0 and 4.1 and even the latest 4.2, with no prevail. I have installed Unlocked Android Runtime and same result. I used BlackBerry Sideloading Tool program and Chrome BlackBerry Extension and every time I enter Instagram, it will tell me to login, I enter my details and it reads "Unfortunately the program has stopped". So I try the forgot password route and reset password with Facebook which worked before the update, and the same message pops up, "unfortunately the program has stopped".

Has anyone gotten Instagram to work on their Z10 that has had the same issues? What can I do to get it to run? Thank you very much, I appreciate any help.

What unlocked runtime are you running? Did you reboot after you loaded the runtime?

The latest one .691 I think? But I've tried several different runtimes. I just can't figure it out. And yes I rebooted. This is like trying to figure out Davinci code
