What is the name of the app you are trying to install.

That's been asked several times with no answer.

We are asking because there could be several things. The app may require a newer version of Android than what is built into BB10. BB10 has android 4.3 (Jelly Bean), and that's it. If your app is made to run on 4.4 (KitKat) and newer, it won't install. And there's no way around that.
