Considering how obvious it is that people don't actually read the first post, I feel like making a master list of apps and putting them at the top of the thread would never be looked at anyway and people will just ask the same questions again and again. It would likely be a waste of time and energy.

The best thing is for people to just use the search function at the top of the thread to search for their app in question for either problems that others have posted that match yours or for solutions that others have figured out.

Well when I installed this, the installed tab under My Apps was blank. I saw some comments about this and I believe this was because I installed those from Snap, and I wasn't going through the hassle of doing it install over through the Play Store to fix it.

This morning while playing candy crush, the game suddenly stops and I get a message from the Playstore for and update....whoa.

The game then continues. After I finish I see a notification in the hub from the Playstore for Flipboard update. When I open the Playstore the Installed tab is now completely filled out and updates are awaiting my approval for installation. **surprise**

Opening the hub notification launched Playstore and directly into Installed apps.

This thing just keeps getting better and better...wohoo!

This version contains a rewrite of the installation invoking code. It no longer sends a request for installation to the OS, waiting for a registered installer to catch it, because this might cause problem with 3rd party listeners. Possible 3rd-party listeners could be Antivirus apps, 3rd-party package managers or archiving apps that handle ZIP files.

So instead of sending a general MIME intent, the Android PackageManager is now being invoked directly by using class identification. Sounds complicated? Yes, but it was just a few lines of code to change.

Who should install this new version?
Update your Play Store if you see a picture similar to the one attached below after a successful app download or if the installer doesn't invoke at all after a download.

How to install
Remove the old Google Playstore and reinstall the new version.

Hi,
I confirm, your latest version works on Blackberry Z30 with the latest os (10.2.1.3062).
I only have problems with large files download from Android:
- The Walk: Fitness Tracker Game (very good fitness program, you should walk if you wish to continue to be part of the game - On Z30 when I start download it (I purchased), the download starts, asks for permission and then Google Play crash and never starts again, always crash again. I need to remove the Google Play and reinstall again (only the Google Play app, not all the three....)

This problem happens with this free navigation software too - I guess due large install size the problem is the same:
- GPS Navigation & Maps Sygic - this is a free navigation software with offline maps. After started to download, the Google Play crash and the situation is the same as was above, without reinstall the Google Play apps I am unable to start the Google Play again.

Smaller apps installs well...

Once Google Play crashed and reported timeout problem. I guess, maybe because of the large files, there is a timeout problem in the installer which does not effect to smaller files, just to largers.

Thanks for your work! I guess, as soon as the Play will be stable I will donate you This is a very big help for all Blackberry users. I switched from Android and a lot of Android good features were missing here. Now with your development, I can use a better phone with great Google apps!

OS 10.2.x has an older Android Runtime and this causes the problems. From what you report, the error happens in the downloader part. As 10.3 is just around the corner, I don't want to add backwards compatibility anymore. Best solution is to update your device to 10.3.x. This will solve all problems.

Passport was released with 10.3. You should be fine.
