    Null pointer problem: remove BlackBerry Google ID and reinstall latest version. The issue occours if you update BlackBerry Google ID from an older version.

    Though the thing is it shows up on a fresh install. Could be something to do with the Epic's Android OS but I dunno.

    So i have the 10.3.2.2678. The problem with that version is not being able to remove the android APP's?.

    Can I still install this?. Anyway I only want to use the Whatsapp after june loading the android version. Or shall I just sideload it from an online APK download?.

    So I've downloaded the 4 files and loaded them on my phone, it seems to work ok but I'll get the Google play services has stopped, I'll click it to get rid it and continue on and it seems to work.
    The other 4 or 5 files that are listed, at what point will I need to load those on my phone? There was a Zip file, PS Patcher, the 4.4.4 login and a couple others not on the original list to install. Will I need these at some point?

    I also forgot to note that the Epic runs on Android KitKat, which I believe may account for the null pointer my friend and I got. I'm not sure if you'll be able to help somewhat, but we'd be more than glad if you're willing to provide at least some assistance.

    Delete the old version first. Then install the new version and whitelist your unpatched apps again.

    I am remove whitelist, install new whitelist, remove application and install unpatched application, add application to whitelist, remove and install patched application, but still can't buy in app purchase.

    You never need to install the unpatched app. You only need to whitelist the unpatched apk.

    How about Play Services v10 and login 4.4.4? Are they both installed too?

    Loaded Google Play Store, but for some reason all the apps within the store are old versions. Its like the google play store is pointing to a previous version. I check the Play Store on my Android phone and all the apps are current. I check on my Z30 and the same app is from last year.

    That's because you are limited to apps that run on Android 4.3.
