Wow spot on again. After redownloading it installed.
Now can you help me point out where to find working Google Play service? I can't find it in the file sharing site.

It's there. It's the one with android.gms in the name.

I just installed that apk and when I open an app that needs Play Service, I still get the error. For example Google Keep and Newstand. Have you got google apps working yet?
Thanks for your help so far :)

You have to patch the apps with Play Services Patcher on your PC.
I followed the instructions and I worked, I downloaded some Google apps an they worked except for a few glitches. But a few days ago my phone (BlackBerry Q10) notified me there was an OS update so I updated updated restarted my phone. The Google Play Store shopping bag icon wasn't there anymore so I tried re-doing your steps, the 3 files download but they won't open an an an tried going to the Google Play website, signing in and then clickin download on an app I gives me a message: Error there are no devices registered with this account. Did the OS update cause this problem, or could it be something else I need to to like change a setting? I followed all t directions exactly n tried it 5x.
