Nope, link is working fine here.
N.B. It must be done from your BlackBerry 10 browser and it must not be in Desktop Mode or the update will not show.

Thanks for restoring my sanity. I knew there was a fix before the "official" BB fix.
Use x-plore https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...atgames.Xplore to backup application

So I don't think the original Play Store that I installed last year has ever worked correctly, from reading the first post, it's never done all those things. Can someone please help me and tell me how to uninstall the Play Store that is on my phone (Q10 OS10.3.2) do I try and find those three files detailed in the first post and delete them, and will it also delete all the Play Store apps I have installed? I don't want to have to reinstall the OS and even if I did, I don't know which Play Store it will provide. thank you for any help, I'd just like to be able to buy apps from my phone.
If you want to download and install apps from Google Play Store you will have to use all of Cobalt's apps Including his Play Store.
Just delete his his apps, reboot your phone, and reinstall his apps according to his step by step instructions in all of his threads.
Thank you, I already can download and install apps from Play Store that I already own or are free. My problem is that Play Store gives me an error when I put in my google password to purchase an app, or make an in-app purchase from my phone. I was trying to just install the update cobalt android vending 6.0 apk but my phone says that it cannot open the app when I try to install it
OMG, I have tried three times now to download that last file for Play Store that is supposed to be version 6.0.0 when it downloads and I click install it says version 5.9. I am doing this from the native browser on my phone, what is wrong? can anyone help me please?
EDIT: I ended up downloading the three files to my computer and putting them into dropbox and then getting them from dropbox on my phone and installing them. They are installed perfectly that way, but I STILL cannot get the Play Store to accept my password when I am making a purchase. Does anyone have a similar problem or can you offer any help? thank you
Yes... I try downloading with my native browser in desktop mode. I still get the same error message.

Thanks man, this is what I am looking for!
Actually, it does leave a copy on your device. Go to Device>MISC>Android
Then look for the name of the app you installed. It would have a download folder inside it.

Hey guys, can someone share any mirror links for the apk files?
Edit: Tried it again with Chrome rather than Firefox and it worked. Weird.
Cobalt, I want to thank you for providing this service and closing the app gap in a huge way! But, I've noticed my Passport's battery has taken a huge hit since downloading the Playstore and all the apks. Could you give instructions on how to "re-BlackBerry" or "un-Android" my phone? I've already uninstalled all of my Google Apps, but didn't know if there was a specific way on removing the apks and Google Play Store, Google Settings, Whitelist and Google ID aside from just deleting by long-pressing?
Thank you for all your help!

Cobalt's stack uses very little battery. It's more likely one or more specific apps you downloaded from the Play Store that is / are causing the issue.
Just delete the apps from your home screen and reboot. That's all you have to do. But make sure you have the patched Runtime if you are on OS2876 (sw2836).
Running Cobalts apps RE PlayStore on 3 year old Z10 and getting avg 16 hours and also installed on my Passport SE and average 30 hours. Both with runtime updates installed. But yes watch out for some Android apps the literally drain the battery!
