    Dear Friends,

    Let me ask a question
    1. How to get google play service in Blackberry 10.
    2. How to uninstall an app which already installed from play store. I tried different ways but I cannot uninstall that app from My Blackberry Q5. The app is not working well without google play service (application like Google MAP)

Read the first post in this thread. You should always read the first post in all of Cobalt's threads.

If you can't uninstall an app then you probably have the Runtime bug: http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?p=11189556

Thanks Cobalt. It's great having the BlackBerry keyboard and password keeper apps on my Nexus 5. Still use Passport for emails though. Love that device.

    I have a Q20 device (SQC100-1 model) with 10.3.2.28.36 BB OS
I downloaded the three apk files (via my computer – I kept getting a download error from my device using the standard BB browser) and stored them in a folder in my SD
I allowed installation of 3rd party apps
I installed Google Account Manager 4.3.3 and Blackberry Google ID 2.8 and successfully added a Google system account and registered my device with Google Play
I tried to run Google Play Store (com.android.vending) but I got the following error "Unable to install this app"
I downloaded the Android Runtime update for BlackBerry (crackberry.com/android-runtime-update-blackberry-10-now-available) from my device and successfully installed it
I tried to run com.android.vending apk file again and I got the same error…
    Can anyone help please?

You must first delete any previous installations of the app. Use Ghost Commander from BBW to find and properly delete any old Android apps.

Thank you for this really good advice RoseBud68 it help me to solve my problem. *NOT* -.-

Do you really think I am that kind of stupid to ask for help befor reading nearly the whole tread?
And try to get it working serveral times on my own?

I writed down that I followed the steps and that it worked for Login and ID.

I know that parmanently the same questions freaks you out, but I'm new here ,
I 've never before held a blackberry in my hands
and where else should I ask for help?
Is some helpfullnes too much to ask?

In EVERY forum there is someone who have to write such unhelpfull answeres.
What is wrong with you guys, when you don`t have somthing helpfull to say than save your time to write this.

It is like if someone were drowning and you scream at him: COUTION you could drown!

Sorry RoseBud68 I dont want to offend you, maybe you had a bad day (i had one), but such things freaks me out. -.-

Sorry for the bad grammer I am from Germany.

You must first delete any previous installations of the app. Use Ghost Commander from BBW to find and properly delete any old Android apps.

    My installation steps:

    1. Delete all old google, android apps with Ghost Comander --check
    2. download all three apps --check
    3. install google Login/account manager --check
    4. type in my data --check (window minimize)
    5. check for account in BBsetting /third party acc --check
    6. install google ID --check
    7. register device --check (successfull)
    8. install google play store --fail (application can not be installed) (close automatically)

    Did i miss somthing??

    Hope you can help me.

    Thank you

Just for fun, try installing the Google Play Store apk from your device memory, instead of off a memory SD card....

    Hi
I've followed the directions and tried a few times with no luck in getting the google play store to fully load / launch. While it seems to load, I can pull out the left hand tray / nav but the main screen never fully loads, it just stays white and the loading animation just keeps running. This is on my Z30, clean install. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
