Every time I try to install the Google account manager, it tells me " cannot install this app" please help me.

Remove, reboot, redownload all 3 apps from post 1.

The app seems to be corrupted.

This not perfect like amazon appstore. On amazon appstore, you just click check for update and application update itself, no open browser.

I hope cobalt232 can do it.

It's pretty much perfect imo, I was talking about cobalts other incredibly helpful and awesome apps. If There was a way to know when there's an update through the playstore. I'm Happy just checking every once and a while, I just hate being late to the party lol.

Hi cobalt, wonder if you can help me. I�ve been running gmaps and uber driver apps for a few weeks with out a problem. This morning went out to work with uber but the app stopme �cause i have to update it. Came back to my computer downloaded with gmaps patcher. erase the one on my phone..installed the new one but no luck said the same, need to update.

I erase google play store, maps uber app...installled the latest versions from your play store, your version, and downloaded gmaps and uber again, patched with gmaps but now, the store is tellinm me that i need to update google maps and the uber app is not working either.

Any idea of whats going on? google maps works with out problem, i�m able to open it up and located myself...but the store is asking to update like i said.

You know, for some odd reason I keep thinking to myself that all these Google Play Store apk's need to be downloaded and installed from the internal memory rather than the SD card. Maybe that would fix some people's problems. I could be wrong though. Just sayin'....

Just to be clear how updating of patched apps works:
1. Uninstall the patched version
2. Download the new version, hit back key when it invokes BlackBerry installer
3. Find the downloaded file in your device/downloads folder
4. Patch the app, then install patched app

Why you not use original YouTube BlackBerry 10? YouTube for android can't play video on BlackBerry 10, but only useful if you have ChromeCast device.

Why you not use original YouTube BlackBerry 10? YouTube for android can't play video on BlackBerry 10, but only useful if you have ChromeCast device.

Maybe I don't understand, but YouTube for Android plays videos perfectly for me on my z30 and I don't use chromecast.

Hey Cobalt,

First of all.. keep up the excellent work supporting the blackberry community!

So I Installed the latest google play version in the post and all is fine until I try to download and it says "error retrieving information from server". I tried uninstalling, clearing cache and rebooting. Still the same.

Please advise, thanks.

UPDATE: Actually figured it out. Had two google accounts, one used in blackberry id, and two used in the google play store. The main one used in google play store didn't match the blackberry id one. When I matched both apps to use the same google account, the google play store error disappeared and now downloads apps again.
