i have 2 questions and i hope that you have the magic stick for it

is there someway to clone Blackberry Apps so we can use 2 copies of one application on the same mobile like the way in Android & IOS?

regarding BBM i am using a second BBM on my Z30 which is an old version of Android, but all the new releases of Android are not working, that is why i am wondering if there is someway to make them work as the old one.

Have you tried downloading the Google Play Services apk from the first post of this thread:
Cobalt's official Google Apps landing page - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com

It might just get rid of all those annoying pop ups. Or have you tried patching any of your apps?

Definitely, I've followed many of Cobalt's threads from early on and have been using combinations of patched Google Play Services and patched apps. Turning on and off notifications, for example.

I have nothing but praise and respect for what he has done and my BlackBerry life is greatly improved in my opinion.

I was thinking my experience with Google crashing was much less. Right now is a bad example. Every few lines I'm getting that error just running the Crackberry app and the app is hanging and freezing.

But generally that Is less common, just is finicky right now. A reboot probably will fix it up.

The little crashes don't hurt the system, just annoying that they can't be suppressed, or if they can I didn't research it enough...

I'm very happy with my hybrid Android / BlackBerry!

How do you install "com.google.android.gsf.login"? I have tried a number of ways

Step 1: Add a Google system account to your device
Install com.google.android.gsf.login

It's as simple as downloading the file, and opening it from file manager. Once open, just click the "install" button. Once installed you can login from play store.

Not yet, but cobalt has stated he'll be regularly updating play store, so keep tabs on this thread for updates.

I doubt that's possible as I'm sure there's a lot of 'behind the scenes' work that goes into each version that Cobalt supports, probably 95% or more of which could not be performed automatically prior to an OTA install/upgrade. I would think the fact that this is an apk would mean it's easy enough to install, you can download directly to your phone and just tap it and go. That's about as close to automatic as I think we can get.
For a while wasn't apk files all anybody wanted? That used to be good enough since it eliminated side loading of BAR files.

Follow the instructions in post 1. Login with your Google password. Do NOT enter the 16 digit code (gsf id). This code is not a password and it never must be entered anywhere.

Are you attempting to use google 2 step authentication? If so, disable it then login with your regular password.

Then you have entered a wrong password. Are you using two factor authentication with your Google account? If yes, you'll have to create an app specific password for that app.
