    Yeah actually I've 360 security, but I don't think that 360 security is the problem cause I've that app since my phone was running on 10.2, this problem started with me 3 days ago

    OS 10.2 is not supported with the latest version of Play Store (5.3.6).

    If you're using an older version of Play Store, you may have issues that have only been fixed in later versions. Read post 2 to understand, what was fixes.

    So I suggest to update your device to OS 10.3 and to downloaded the latest files from post 1.

    Does this happen with one specific app or with all apps? What is your device setup (OS version)?

    Removed 360 and been trying to install like 10-20 apps now and I am so happy I don't see that message again. Will continue to test it out tmr for more validation.

    I'm already running on 10.3 and I've the latest version of google play, I meant that I've 360 security since my phone was running on 10.2 and didn't face any problem with it.

    Sometimes when google play store stuffs up, I find it useful to clear your google play store data in the device monitor screen and open your google play store again (it will bring up the term and conditions box again where you have to click accept to continue) and things work normally again. Give it a try.

    At the very least try to change the settings to stop whatever it is doing. If that fails, uninstall and test again. If after uninstalling, and your problems with play store go away, at least you know the cause and can decide what to do.

    I think it s working for me. Maybe you should give it a try (remember to soft reset your device after removing the app though).

    I am using Task Manager to manage and kill android apps on my passport now, and Clean Master to clean caches. Work like a charm!

    When updating the files as per page 1's instructions, is it recommended that the 3 files on the device be deleted first and then run a fresh install of the 3 page 1 files? (delete play store, BlackBerry Google ID and Google account - then run a fresh install of the 3 files? )

    PS: any way we might be able to get Google Play Services to work and enable mobile carrier billing?

    You can update Blackberry Google ID and Play Store. Google Login must be removed and reinstalled. If you want a clean install, just remove all 3 and reinstall. Carrier billing only seems to work with some carriers. A Malaysian poster reported that it worked for him. It doesn't work for me though.

    I'm using PayPal for buying apps.

    Android apps ask for permissions if they are installed. If not all permissions are granted, the app may not work correctly. If you accepted all permissions during installation and it still doesn't work, im out of options. I can't image what else could be the problem. Maybe some kind of virus scanner that blocks something or .... no idea.
    When I go to install I accept all permissions and it says unable to install app.

    Did removing the virus scanner solve your problem? Would be good to know for future requests. Maybe the virus scanner catches the installation intent (I'm calling package manager with all required extras to invoke installation). Maybe there is an option in the virus scanner to allow installation of packages. This way you could continue using the scanner.
    I turned off Guardian and rebooted after.
