Oh ok so where Snap can't connect to servers the same so can't get in app content.. well I didn't notice this clock issue until today.. I will try uninstalling Google Play and reinstall to see if it truly is that or not. But that's the only modifying I have done to my phone recently

Can I just delete the 3 apps from the home screen or is there a specific uninstalling process

I have what you offered in post #1 originally & now frequentl complaining "unfortunately google apps manager has stopped" which flashes on & off the screen... formerly was working fine... how to resolve this, cobalt?

Download version 5.1.11 build 4 from first post if you are on OS 10.2. Download 5.2.12 if you are on 10.3

I haven't had a single problem downloading games. I'm on 10.3.1.2072 using the newest available version of the play store on a Z10 STL100-4. Have you thought about just upgrading to 10.3.1 to help this work better? I think it's tough for Cobalt to support two versions of the store, especially since 10.2 support isn't going to be needed for much longer. There really isn't a point to him investing too much energy into something that will be disappearing soon.

works perfectly! I push-installed PPSSPP from the Play website and the installer popped up on my phone shortly after. I did make sure Google Play was running though.

So took the plunge and up dated to PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2267
Full backup and restore
Didn't have to reload any of your files but did take a bit of random clicking on things
The the end shot was. BlackBerry I.D (obtain Google id)
Then hit the store, though initially launched everything in random till all worked .
My point being leaked os and every thing working like a dream

Update to 10.3.1 buddy then install the latest. You will be shocked how much faster it is.
