I can also confirm AT&T STL-3 Z10 running 10.2.1 with v4 of this, (NOT v5). Had to uninstall and reinstall everything but finally got it going. Everyone wasn't kidding, Those instructions MUST be followed precisely!

I wanted to do an in-app purchase for the first time, so uninstalled the first version of the playstore app and installed the latest version.

It worked perfectly first time - again.
No reboot was required and I didn't need to enter my google credentials again; just my account password one-time and tick box for the first purchase with this version.

If you want anything to run that calls on any form of Google Play services, your only shot is to have the Google files that Cobalt has provided installed on your device for as long as you want the apps to be able to run.

I have to admit, at the beginning I didn't understand what was the real benefit of this over the web interface+snap combo. I finally decided to give it a try, installation was easy and all worked just fine. I have to say, the google account + in-app purchase are the real game changers here, so manny apps are now fully functional without any need for patching, etc. Yatse Unlocked & MX Player Pro are now working beautiful on my Passport without needing any patch...
