Seems I guessed right, thanks for explaining it.

As the Google package build number still is 5.1.1 you must uninstall the old Play Store and then install the new version. No Update.

Yes, to be safe I assumed I would need to delete and install and also assumed I would need to start from step 3 in the first post again, but since I was already signed in with the Google ID the Play Store just worked right away and I successfully installed an app with a saved apk. This is really incredible Cobalt, I don't think you can be thanked enough for contributions like this to our community so thanks again for your hard work!

This version saves a copy of the downloaded apk file in the download folder. The downloaded files are never cleaned out from there, so keep an eye on your free space and remove unneeded apk's from time to time.

Tried step 1 and step 2 as said on the first post. Google play installs and shows everything. But when I try to download an app by pressing install button the app force closes and shows 'unfortunately Google play has stopped'. Then it keeps showing when I try to open play store. Any clue?

Yup. Just install it and login. If you get Google play services errors, check out cobalt's patching thread in his signature.

I do everything right and correctly...and Google play store is opened and worked fine but when I try to install any app it suddenly say unfortunately Google play store has stopped and take me out of the app to the home screen.somthing like force close...am using z10 os10.2.1.3062 O.o *suspicious*

Maybe v4? But your best bet is to probably download and install a 10.3.1 OS.
