Play Store fails to download big sized apps in my phone. It crashes store (and then everytime I try to open it, so have to reinstall to operate normally).
I suspect is because of obb files, tested with:
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (pay app)
Ravensword: Shadowlands (pay app)
Dungeon Hunter 4 (free app)

Somewhat big apps (50Mb) with no obb files just download and work fine, so I suspect this is the issue.

Tested on BlackBerry Z10 with 10.2.1.3442
I know your files are developed and tested with BB 10.3 OS in mind, can this be the cause of the error? Worth trying to implement 10.2.1 compatibility? I'm trying not to install the leaks and wait for the official release.

It looks like you don't have the latest version of Play Store (com.android.vending-cobalt-buy3.apk) on your device. Please download the latest version from post one. That version can handle the obb files.

I did install the correct apk, version 3 updated 04.01.15. Reinstalled multiple times with no luck, it keeps crashing

It then may be the OS version. 10.3 and better uses Android runtime 4.3 while 10.2.x uses 4.2.2. There may be differences how the internal downloadmanager handles the download. As 10.3 is being released shortly, there is no sense in building a workaround. Sorry.

PS: is there any way I can download obb files directly from my phone? Snap doesn't do it. I heard you had an old downloader, does it work in 10.2.1?

It's working on 10.2.1 but whenever I try to download apps bigger enough to be downloaded through wifi it stops working..

Carrier billing may not be supported by your carrier.

1) what is the proper procedure to update to the newest app store? Do I have to delete all the old files or just the. Apk for the play store? Also do I uninstall the play store? Do I have to do that google login stuff again?

2) what's new in this update?

3) does the store update apps? I haven't seen it say I have any updates so I'm just wondering if this is a coincidence or not

4) I got an app "sleep as android" and to unlock it I have to pay and download "sleep as android unlock" well I paid for it when I was still using my android device but when I download and install the "unlock" on my PP it says unable to install. Any solution to this?

Ok I've downloaded the 3 and Google ID says not configured. Google servers says there's a problem connecting with servers and play store force closes

1) Just delete the play store and install the new one
2) In-app purchases
3) Yup, sometimes there are notification for new app
4) Same problem, there is no solution until now. I already try the method to install app that did not have an icon but still no luck

If you have problems with previously paid apps, you should use an other setup order:

1. Install all files but don't run them
2. First run Blackberry Google ID and do the checkin
3. Run Play Store and then the Google Login will be invoked
