    I've seen people complaining about this before, in the landing page thread, search for "can't install" and see what you can find.

    Is this the first time you try to install this app? If not, make sure to delete any older version of the app. Also try a hard reboot (hold volume up and down until your phone reboots).

    Also, try updating your phone to 10.3.2.2474 that might help.

    Honestly, installing these apps is pretty "dumb proof". If it's not working, there's something you're doing wrong. I don't know what it is, but there's something that you're doing not right.

    Have you installed this before? Make sure to uninstall the previous version before reinstalling it.

    From experience, users that say they followed instructions X many times, and are *insert emotions* often don't understand English, OR just don't read the instructions word for word
    Go and read the instructions WORD FOR WORD instead of jumping down and trying to install files

    Update you OS to the latest version. If that doesn't help, do a security wipe.

    no its a latest version..i'll try wat u've said cobalt its work now I can use playstore in my device the problem now is google play service (google settings) unable to install the apps..
