    I am on 10.2.1 and I would like to downgrade my z10 to the 10.0 in other words I would like to do the same thing I do on an average computer... wipe out the whole software and reinstall it again. is there anything like that? If yes how. Just in case anyone asks... I tried the security wipe and it did me nothing. I still faced the same issues I faced before wiping it. Some of the issues I am facing... problems with sharing files, the internet browser refreshes itself on its own slashing my data volume etc.
    . So does anyone have a solution? Thanks guys
