i get more n more fail from android google play store , it said app will not run , update to 4.5 ore higher , it had worked fine , thanks to Cobalts work,

There will not be any patch to run Android 4.4, much less anything higher than that.

Now that BlackBerry develops for official Google Android, they are not allowed to develop their own fork beyond what they already had prior to the agreement.

BB10 will be forever stuck with the android 4.3 runtime.

thanks for reply , sadly i have only had my phone for a year , and i need the upgrade for Mobile pay and online banking , if some one no how to get around it , i well be great full to no ,, those apps will not be supported further

Mobile pay and online banking? You'll definitely need a more recent Android or iOS device. Some banking apps no longer function even on KitKat 4.4.
