I'm a truck driver and constantly I'm in the need of printing and scanning documents,sometimes when I'm on the road I need to look for a public fax or computer but driving a big rig it's hard to pull into just any parking lot and I spend lots of valuable time,i have heard about these small size PlanOn printers and scanners for BlackBerry devices,has anyone tried them? Please i need your advise,because these gadgets are expensive,i don't want to waste my money if they're not worth it thank you.

A BIG question I would have is do they support BB10 yet? They picture a legacy BB, so they may not have updated to BB10 yet. However if they have an android app you MIGHT be able to get that to work. Lets wait to see if anyone is currently using this solution.

You need to consider how often you are printing and for what purpose. I looks like this is a thermal printer and the refills are $30 for 60 sheets, that makes for an expensive print...on top of the equipment cost.

Well $30 dlls for 60 sheets gives you .50 cents print outs, considering that I pay at the truck stop for a public fax $2.00 dlls the first sheet and $1.00 after the first one its more than 50% cheaper

I can't speak to using them with BB10, but the printers themselves are only good for black and white (not grayscale) printing. If you are printing invoices with a simple logo, they're nice to have with you. If you need to print presentations or web pages, then these are not adequate - in this case you'd be better off getting an inverter and setting up a compact inkjet.
