    Google Play will not run.

There are support services missing. I know which ones they are and can load some of them but others have a stub already in the runtime and it cannot be overwritten -- and the stub is turned off.

I don't believe this is fixable in the current 10.2.1 leak -- I've given it a decent but not exhaustive shot. Someone else may find the magic combination but I suspect the stub is the problem and if that's correct unless BlackBerry either removes it or turns it on you can't fix it from user space.

Sadly I sold my z10 and q10. Anyway does this mean you can install all apps in working condition. I.e Instagram typing is normal on z10. Can you play temple run as we'll? Just asking since this was stuff I couldn't not do on my bb10 devices.

You can download apps from there with an APK downloader.
And where do we get the APK downloader?

    Open BlackBerry browser.
    Search "1Mobile ".
    Download 1Mobile.
    Start 1mobile.
    Search for an app.
    Download app.
    Install app.

I did and "Words With Friends" works fine...

How do you download an app?

If I go to 'mobile1' and select for example Viber you see green link to download, when I click on it nothing happens?

    What am I doing wrong?

Don't bother, if you cant read post number 3 in this thread maybe you won't be able to make it work:

    Thanks for the list Bla1ze.

If you cannot find the App you want from those App Stores, try this online APK Downloader: [Warning: lots and lots of popups]

Hi guys , sorry for the popups, we are forced to use popups to help with the server and storage cost.

I can't get any to install. My BlackBerry says the install has stalled. I press cancel to NOT stop the install and just wait and watch that grey circle forever. Anyone else? This is happening for Amazon and 1mobile.

    In a word: No.
And I defy anyone to say other wise.
There are still plenty of apps that don't work (vine seems to crash every time I touch the screen) but that's not my biggest bug bear. I read someone on the CB forums earlier who said "this finally closes the app gap and stops people from using that as a reason not to buy a BlackBerry"
It does not close the app gap!! If you want Instagram and Snapchat, then you can have have them. But, unlike an iPhone or Android you can NOT have notifications with those apps. Or any other apps that require them. Do I want Instagram or Snapchat? Not really. But people do and people are not going to expect to have to open those apps every 10-20 minutes to see if they have any new notifications.
This does not close the app gap. It puts a very rickety rope bridge between them at best!

That's weird, my Vine seems to be working just fine. Did you do a backup after you loaded this OS?

Will I be able to get HTC Sense Music App .APK file run in Blackberry Z10 with New update 10.2.1,
because I love that app in many ways. I have the APK files from my HTC Android Phone, but I don't know will it work with the
Android Port of BB OS 10.2.1

Nooooo. I did a backup before I loaded the OS and then reinstalled after the OS was loaded. I've gotta say that I love 10.2.1 but I think this is going to be my last leak. It's becoming a long winded process. All the links I used yesterday were taking such a long time to download and then my backup/reinstall took ages as well. Just don't have the time.

It's a chrome extension and you'll end up with a lot of pop up ads in the Chrome browser... It has zero effect on your activities in Mozilla or IE...
