why is that there are so many android app stores? Does the developers submit their apps to these stores as they do to Google Play or the stores get the apk's and upload them? Are these all legal?

All apps I download from 1Mobile store keeps showing up in my hub notifications. Even after downloaded. I delete the notification and it keeps coming back. Any way to fix this?

I tried the amazon store and every app crashes that i try to install and google play wont let me install anything and 1mobile doesnt even let me click on the link to download soooo...any suggestions as to why any of that happens?
