    I wiped my phone and updated to 10.3.2.2789 and I tried to restore a backup of CoC from link but it didn't work. I also wasn't signed into Google play, I found a way to sign in this time around thanks to Cobalt's apps so now I'm requesting help from CoC support and they're responding but I'm failing two questions.
    They wanna know which device I play on(i lied and said a Google nexus cuz that's what Google has previously recognised my device as) but it didn't work, here's a screen shot of part ofwhat they said

    I can't remember when I made the account, only the year and I'm wondering if I should come clean about my device knowing that they specifically stated they won't help blackberry users. I remember reading on here about some blackberry users who got their account back without mentioning blackberry a while ago, which is why I figured it would work, but I'm at a lost as to what to tell these people. I don't wanna restore my old blackberry runtime from 10.3.1 but that's a method I previously employed to to get clash back, what can I do?

    i had a somewhat similar issue, one day i open Castle clash i realize i said castle clash, (just thinking the resolution will be similar) and it started a completely new game. i contacted the online support, they asked me several questions including wanting me to provide several things including email address used for acct, several email copies of gem purchases. game id code, game profile name... they emailed me that i would have an answer within 24 hours. roughly 36 hours later they emailed me stating they found my game and reinstated it. all i had to do was delete the game from my phone then reinstall and voila it was there.

    if anything i would contact support again and go from there.

    Just a side note on this, it appears somethings different with how link does the backups. I wanted to play around with my classic secondary phone and swap things over from my passport this past weeked. It didnt work with the standard methods and backup file (bb runtime, coc data).

    I ran the restore from passport into the classic, only to fail. Found an old backup from June 2015 (would have had highest available OS version at that time) and restore that selectively for coc and bb runtime. That worked for me. Thought Id share. This wont help someone without older backups available, but its worth noting something has changed recently.

    They(coc) told me they not helping me unless I can tell them the exact day I made the account and that blackberry isn't supported. I've decided not to play anymore
