    Hi, recently I updated Castle Clash to the latest version from Snap and now whenever I open the app it will instantly exit. Anyone has any idea what is going on here?

    I'm using 10.2.1 not sure of the exact version though. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the previous version but during loading the game prompts me to update.

    Was forced to do update and now game crashes upon opening. Lame... hopefully they push a new update soon and it resolves a issue with the runtime.

    The developer probably cares very little if at all about the issues running on BlackBerry. Just sayin.

    Actually they do, I email them a fee time the other day about saving our progress for BlackBerry users and they sound willing we just need more ppl to email them. ..... by the way join my clan dark revolution if ur an active and loyal member. .

    I just bought a Z30 and I think I'm pretty SOL either way. I can't get my name, can't transfer the info over and if it did, damned if I know if it works.
    Suggestions? I want my saved game but how do I know if BBLink transferred it over?

    I re downloaded it from Amazon and yes, all my progress was gone. Had to start new, so I think I'm done with it.

    I emailed support and their support team isn't the greatest. My question was how to obtain my IGG ID without being able to open the game. Their reply, 8 times, was to send in my IGG ID so they can look into further. The emails were slightly different each time but it always asked me for my IGG ID.
    I also informed them that I was a BlackBerry 10 user and the issue around the game crashing and their reply / solution was to uninstall and reinstalling the apk they sent me which is the same as the BBW one. Also, to send them my IGG ID.
    I think I may be done with this game

    Weird, I've got this app from snap working no problem, with the exception of the odd bugs that all the android users are also reporting about the new features. Using snap 2.0.2 and on a z-10 stl100-3 10.2.1.2141.

    The only thing I can think of is that I installed the google services and google play APKs that were being passed around these forums as a solution to candy crush not working after an update at the end of march.
