while installing apk files in my BB z10.... I can't access Internet on those apps...... any solutions please.....

have you rebooted your phone? Which apps are they? you do realize they are android apps and not all of them work on a bb, right?

Lol, the problem is with your android runtime, all you have to do is download android assistant and toggle data connection off or on i.e play with it a little.....

Try a hard reset. If you're on 10.3.1 simply press and hold the power button until the phone has restarted and you see the blue loading circle.

First thing download apk file to ur desktop computer. And then transfer that file to ur phone. Then use file manager to open the file.

Just download android assistant....
And make sure that data is on in android assistant app
