    I tried installing with and without the debug method. Apex Launcher also would not install. I've successfully downloaded dozens of apps. I saw others had this issue too. Anyone find a workaround yet?

    You will need 10.2 for the JB runtime

    ahhh...thanks. I do wish I tripped over that information two hours ago. Maybe a mod should add that disclaim to this post.
