    Followed every instruction I found on CB forums and no luck at all, I have already updated my z10 but I don't know why I can't d/l the amazon app...can anyone help me please

    but you have to open on you device in the browser

    the easiest thing to do if you don't already have it download crackberry app from bbworld.. right on the main page is the link i just gave you.. open it then tell it to open install page in browser... then in stall.. might save you from trying to copy that link into your browser..

    no problem glad it worked... have you tried snap or 1mobile market to? the are both pretty good snap is a little tricky to install thought..

    I tried the above method, in fact I started there..it won't download. Get the amazon screen hit download bar. Bar on bottom of screen appears, like a download scale. The quickly disappears. Then nothing. Page is odd in that I can't zoom in as well

    I had the same problem all I did was copy and paste the above link opened the browser and downloaded the app store....

    I solved it by searching for the app store on browser. From there it worked fine
