Can someone help me with this one?
I can't add any contact even from my bbm so now i can't invite other people to groups and have no contact at all

This happened after i updated the software.

Any suggestions?

Just curious have you singed in with your blackberry id , and if yes try a hard reset by holding the volume buttons untill you see the blue loading cirlce,

Well, i've signed in i i've tried the hard reset but what happened was just i take screenshot no matter how long i pressed..

Do you mean until that loading circle when your phone about to be alive again?
It just went off then on again.
