    I will assume you mean the google play services pop up notification. If you installed any version newer than 9.3.1.0 then you won't be able to use it at all. If your using version 9.3.1.0 all you need to do is tap around it and it goes away, but it will always pop up when you open it. So far getting rid of the best play services pop hasn't been successfully.

    You cant now earlier it used to work by patching it with lucky patcher but now snapchat has either locked all BlackBerry users, it does not work only people loged in for long time on old versions work, currently only solution switch device.
