Just you I'm afraid. I just opened BBW and it's working great. Try doing a hard restart of your device by holding down the volume up and volume down buttons until the start up logo appears.

In my Z10 STL100-4 (10.3.2.2339), open BlackBerry World using my network operator frequently force closed first (message: network problem, BlackBerry World should close) everytime open it first time. I compared to Android previously I had ever used, no connection problem when everytime I opened Google Play Store.

I predict (my thinking):

1. Yes, maybe, near to shutdown, less apps, compared Play Store. WeChat not update, no Line in BlackBerry World. No many developer create apps built-in fot BlackBerry, developers choose Android and iOS
2. Or, BlackBerry almost plan to shutdown from device, because sales result not good, in my region most people go for Android

That's a normal ad that's been there for some time. I can access the store fine. The same ad is on mine (and probably most people's) but the force close is likely just a glitch that you are experiencing.

Try a reset as someone has mentioned already.

If you said this is because of Telkomsel carrier that I used, I mean Telkomsel can't make good conncetion for BlackBerry 10 or less support again, because in Android was almost always very good.
