    The latest version is working just fine. Just patch the apk and whitelist it in the Google+ Whitelist app and you're good.
    Refer to Cobalt's Android app landing page.

    Go to the Cobalt's App Landing Page and install all the apps from there and download Tinder from Play Store that you installed from the Cobalt's repository.
