Dear Crackberry !

I purchased a Blackberry Charger Bundle for my Z10 the other day because it was 59% off on Amazon ! (link at the bottom). I just received it today, quality is great, seems to work perfectly, very light, everything you want. Anyway, I was wondering to all of you who have one, what is the best way to use it ? Is it to charge the battery in its case and exchange the battery ? Or charge the phone with it ?

I swapped the batteries. But in a pinch I would use it to charge the phone up to get me through if I knew I was going to be home soon, or needed the extra juice.

I charge it separately from the phone. Then, I bring the battery when I'm not home to swap when I run out of juice.

It's designed so you can charge both phone and spare battery at the same time. Right from the product description:

That said, I usually only charge both like that when I need two batteries to be 100% full in the morning. (That's usually if I anticipate being in a low signal area for a long day.) Usually I just charge the spare separately, use the one that's in the phone till it's low, then swap them. This way I'm never stuck with a dead battery.
