hi , guys dont know how to ask this question but ; do u guys know about the android version that lets us install sideload apk files on os 10.3.3? i mean is it 2.3 or jellybean?kitkat?lollipop?or..?

what do u mean "LOCKED" at 4.3? u mean they won't update it to higher versions?

It's Jellybean and no it will not be updated to a newer version

There are already several threads in here regarding that topic.
Bottomline: Android runtime is stuck at Jellybean 4.3 FOREVER.
Get an Android device if you rely heavily on Android apps.

Can't. BB10 devices can only install software signed by BlackBerry.

No, you'd need BlackBerry's own signing keys (which are locked away in headquarters somewhere).

Try the latest from Cobalt's Google Play Store. It works perfectly without patching.

I made a mistake.

10.3.2 is the last working version of Instagram on BB10.

10.4.0 and 10.5.0 are a no-go.

It works perfectly for me. Do you have the corrected variant (as there are many)? I posted the one we should use on BB10, above.

I downloaded the one with 280-640dpi
should work on passport, is 453dpi
but I will try the one you posted, if works in 2nd run or more

Nope, doesn't work and I'm too lazy to do again a fresh new install of OS just for IG. no way!

Install and login with 4.3.3.
Install and register with 2.8.
Install Play Services v10.
Update 4.4.4 over 4.3.3 (but don't open).
Install Play Store v6.
Install whitelist 1.0.0.6.

If an app requires Google Play Services:
Download app with Cobalt's Play Store (but don't install).
Whitelist unpatched app.
Patch app on PC with Play Services Patcher 1.6 using defaults settings.
Install patched app.
