    I recently downloaded the runtime upgrade after my runtime file (OS version 2836) got really bloated on my Passport SE.

    Since then my Deezer app is very quick again but my Android Audible app no longer has continuous playback... it plays for one or two seconds and then pauzes for two to four seconds... great for added suspense but really annoying too.

    I cannot deinstall the app, nor can I fix it by updating the app either. The same app still works without avail on my Z30 but that is my back-up phone.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to get the app afloat again?

    Did you install the runtime update? It should be in bbworld
