I've been away this last week after my Z10 died, but I finally picked up a new Z10 and I'm back. So, here's something you might be interested in:

This app seems to be what allot of you have been looking for. You can effectively remove permissions from an apk (just be sure not to remove something an app actually needs like file system access for a file manager, etc.) you can also remove components from apks. I haven't tried it yet but this may be useful for removing dependencies as well ( haven't tried it )

Anyway I'll upload it to BB10store in a few minutes!

This works, but only after you use an android launcher to allow apps from unknown sources

Ah that would make sense! I enabled that option the day I loaded up the 1925 leak, so I didn't remember. Thanks for the input.

Can we use this to enable more Google apps to work on our phones? Remove the portion that relies on Google services for example? This is the case with many apps and games

I was wondering about this as well, seeing as it can remove components, guess the only way to find out will be to try!

I'm definitely interested. This seems so far to be like lucky patcher which I don't believe works well for me on Q10

You need to install the android settings apk linked by cobalt in his thread.

Worth reading and following if you haven't before, doesn't need a computer can all be done on your phone. My blackberry would have been collecting dust if it wasn't for this guy.
