I'm looking for just the standard Android camera app from an S4 or Note or One or whatever device.

I want to have a quick way of using panorama with a home screen icon.

The Android camera is already baked into the Android virtual machine. You can access it with the Files & Folders app.

I'm not sure there is a panorama mode, though.

As for sideloading the S4 camera app, depending on how it's implemented on the S4 it may look for + require the actual S4 camera to run. Or it may need more specific parts of the S4's runtime than actually exists within the BlackBerry Android runtime.

Actually there's a thread on how to launch the Android camera app thru Android Runtime. It works but it's a bit clunky to launch. I was hoping to sideload and have homescreen icon for quick access.

Are there any free camera apps in the Play store? You could convert and sideload one of those.
