Can someone tell me how he got this apk to work in this video? Whenever I try and use the apk I downloaded it says I need Google play svcs.

Great, finally it has its own thread, but sad that it's not stickied.
What I linked was an earlier version, yours would be the most user friendly

Also Windows version gets removed by Norton as high risk, but command prompt version is fine. That's weird.
