    My mobile network is working for blackberry store apps like whatsapp facebook browser blackberry world but when I try to open apps from android store then they are showing network not connected when I tried to install google playstore it got installed but still same problem they are asking for wifi and when I opened my android settings from android setting app by cobalt then when I tapped on mobile network it was showing unfortunately settings has stopped.
    Please tell me how to correct this error

    Blackberry Z10
    Os 10.3.1.1779

    Something is messed up maybe you need to reload whole software.
