You are running OS 10.3.1 and did NOT need to update the runtime from Blackberry World. You have now pooched your device. You either need to update your OS to newer version or go back to your previous setup with a re-install.

There are several ways you can do this but the easiest is to use Blackberry Link on your PC (or Mac) to restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will completely wipe your device, so you will also wan to do a backup (using Link also) before you do ANYTHING. Before you reset your device though, you should check to see if there is a software update to your device (that option is also on Blackberry Link. If there is no update (which would fix your device WITHOUT wiping your phone) then do the backup and begin the factory restore process using Link (click Backup and restore tab then you will see the Factory Reset option near the bottom of the screen. Do that step then sit back an wait for it to finish. All of this is done, of course, with your device plugged into your PC with the usb cable. Good luck!

You should update BUT you will have to download the Android Runtime fix from BlackBerry World as soon as you are able to following the OS update. I don't have the link to that just now but you MUST update with your phone browser then close BlackBerry World and reboot your device. Wait about 10 minutes before trying any android apps.

From your devices browser go to the link I gave you in post 6, read the page carefully and then click the blackberry world link at the bottom. This will fix the android runtime. Close BW immediately, then reboot your device, wait 10 minutes, then use your device normally.
