    I've given up on the BB10 NFL Mobile and have been using the android version, installed from Snap. I tried to watch the game tonight while I was out and got an error message "sorry there was a connection error. Please check that you have mobile network connectivity and try again." I am a Verizon customer, so there shouldn't be any issue (or charge). I tried on 4G, WiFi, neither worked, other apps were able to connect to the internet and the NFL mobile app was able to access scores and news stories.

    unless you are running it on a Z10 it is not supported and WILL NOT EVER WORK The app will work EXCEPT for live streaming and videos.
    this is why i bought an android phone (well one of the reasons)
