    Get android assistant and turn on mobile data
    You don't have to do this for each app
    Just click the mobile data button it'll turn green and you are god to go

    Man I had the same issue, only thing worked to me was installing via autoloader a new OS and wipe after that, make sure you do all that without the sim card inserted.

    And your Android apps will work over mobile data again.

    Let me know your findings.
