    last night I was in BBW and it said there was an update for "blackberry runtime for android". since installing the update no android apps will run. not from snap or BBW. befor I updated all android apps were working regardless of weather they came from snap or BBW. Please help resolve this issue.

    Running OS: 10.2.1 on Q10

    That's actually a downgrade. Reinstall the bar from the OS you're running.
