    hi guys my blackberry 10 cant install android apps nd cant even run amazon app store...it ws running wel lately nd I had even used some android apps well nd smoothy lately bt all the problems started wen I decided to install android service support or something of some sort nd I have deleted it I even did the wipe out now thos android apps cant evn install can u plz help me?

    Try to get ro app setring and clear data and cache then relogin again

    We are back to the HARD RESET and clear cache.

    Always do that before panicking.

    How do I do HARD reset? Set off the phone fully with start button?

    I'm not certain anymore - I believe you have to hold the power button down for an extended period of time - I would do it for 45 seconds.
