    Microsoft office is not running on my Z10 STL100-1,OS 10.3.0.908,with or without patching, ,and frequently showing Unfortunately Google play services has been stopped ,which was patched by you,instagram is also not running, ,I have followed all the steps posted by you,like Google login,Google BlackBerry I'd, ,plz help.

    MS Office doesn't run on BB10
    Try a different office-type product.
