    Hi everyone, since latest update 10.2.1.2941 the games I downloaded using Snap download ok, but when I come to open them they just close. Any ideas folks. Thanks in advance.

    Try other download methods and see if the issue persists. If not then snap was the issue, if it does then the issue could be the game itself.
