Is it possible to download android apps from google play store on BlackBerry Q10 as I can't find the app I'm looking for anywhere else (cashplus app)

It's on snap and works great for the Z10 and Z30 it doesn't seem to work with my Q10 because you cannot see the accept terms button due to the screen size.

Has anyone been successful in getting Verizon Messages, now called Message+, to work? It tells me it cannot connect to the service, even with a fresh install of the 4/4/14 update.
