    That's not very descriptive. It could be that your apk is simply not compatible. You MAY have better luck if you upgrade to 10.3.2.

    I have downloaded the update but it's not installing...I can't open Amazon app store too

    I searched for updates from the "software and updates" option in "settings" and downloaded it(1.6gb). Afterwards, it started to install but stopped when it reached 1.4gb

    You mean your download was interrupted when it got to 1.4GB. Try deleting things off your device to create more room, or perform your update using Link while attached to your computer.

    Link is the BlackBerry software for your computer that is used to make backups, load new OSes, sync music, etc.
